Meet the instructor:

Meet Fab, also known as The Hungry Gardener, your instructor for The Veggie Patch School! Fab is passionate about sharing his knowledge and helping people grow their own fresh, organic produce at home. He has a love of both food and gardening, hence the name.

Fab's love of gardening began at a young age, when he would help his grandparents tend to their veggie patch. Since then, he's honed his skills through formal horticultural training and hands-on experience. Today, he's a sought-after speaker and educator, known for his engaging, accessible approach to gardening. Fab is the author of the 4 books, "Growing Food the Italian way", “Little Veggie Patch Co”, “Guide to backyard farming” and the “1 minute gardener”.

He's was also the founder of the Little Veggie Patch Co, a company dedicated to helping people grow their own food in small spaces.

It has been Fabs passion to get more people growing some food at home. Hence he has developed this content to be shared in an easy to consume manner on instagram.
